Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Onboarding Excellence: Maintain a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into our organization.
Job Description Design: Craft and update compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Screening: Review and evaluate incoming resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates.
Interview Facilitation: Conduct interviews via phone and video, assessing candidates for cultural fit and skill alignment.
Candidate Shortlisting: Present well-vetted shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
Multi-Channel Job Posting: Advertise job openings across various platforms, including our company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
Support in Employee Engagement Activities: Collaborate with the HR team to organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist HR Executive with Other HR Activities: Provide valuable support to the HR Executive in various HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements /Qualifications:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is crucial for this role.
0-1 Year of HR Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in HR recruitment or a similar role is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
IT or SaaS Background (Preferred): Familiarity with the IT or Software as a Service industry is a plus.
ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Privacy Compliance: Knowledge and adherence to workplace privacy regulations and policies.
Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently deliver presentations.
Self-Motivated and Diligent: proactive and dedicated work ethic is essential for success in this role.
