About SafetyConnect

SafetyConnect is an AI-driven enterprise safety platform used by large organisations to reduce road accidents and improve process safety. We work with companies such as Siemens, Tata Capital, Schindler, Adani, Syngenta, and Gilbarco, helping safety and operations leaders move from reactive compliance to proactive risk prevention.

Our product suite includes:

  • Smartphone-based telematics for driving safety

  • Process safety & compliance workflows (inspections, audits, permits, incidents)

  • AI-powered safety intelligence dashboards and knowledge systems

We are building at the intersection of AI, safety, and enterprise-scale impact.

Role Overview

As the Content & Thought Leadership Manager, you will own how SafetyConnect thinks, speaks, and shows up in the world.

This is an execution-first role with strategic exposure. You will work closely with the founder to translate complex ideas—AI, safety, risk, compliance, and behaviour change—into clear, credible, and compelling content for enterprise audiences.

You are not here to “post for the sake of posting.” You are here to build trust, clarity, and authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder & Brand Thought Leadership (Primary)

  • Work directly with the founder to convert ideas, meetings, and insights into:

    • LinkedIn posts and narratives

    • Long-form articles and opinion pieces

    • Thought leadership on AI in safety, risk, and enterprise operations

  • Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across all public content

  • Proactively identify content themes based on industry trends, customer conversations, and product direction

2. Content Creation & Distribution

  • Create and manage content across formats:

    • Website pages and updates

    • Case studies and customer stories

    • Blogs, newsletters, and announcements

  • Own the content calendar and publishing cadence

  • Manage SafetyConnect’s LinkedIn presence (planning, posting, basic engagement tracking)

3. Product & Sales Enablement Content

  • Develop high-quality content that supports enterprise sales and credibility:

    • Product explainers and feature narratives

    • Industry-specific use cases (BFSI, Pharma, Infra, Manufacturing, etc.)

    • One-pagers, brochures, and pitch-ready material

  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to refine messaging based on real-world feedback

4. Visual & Multimedia Support

  • Create basic visual assets using tools like Canva

  • Coordinate simple video edits, podcast snippets, and visual storytelling

  • Ensure a consistent narrative and visual identity across content

5. Content Operations & Quality

  • Maintain structured documentation of content, drafts, and archives

  • Track what content performs well and iterate

  • Ensure high standards of clarity, structure, grammar, and enterprise credibility

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a PR or media relations role

  • Not a partnerships or business development role

  • Not a generic social media executive role

This role exists to shape narrative, not chase vanity metrics.

Success Metrics (First 6–9 Months)

  • Consistent, high-quality founder and brand content cadence

  • Clear improvement in website clarity and sales content quality

  • Strong LinkedIn engagement from relevant enterprise, safety, and operations leaders

  • Reduced dependency on the founder for content execution

  • A documented content system that can scale

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in content, brand, or thought leadership roles

  • Strong long-form and short-form writing skills

  • Comfortable working closely with founders or senior leadership

  • Ability to simplify complex B2B / enterprise / AI topics

  • High ownership, strong execution mindset, attention to detail

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, safety, or AI is a plus (not mandatory)
