Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help execute and scale the SafetyConnect platform.
You will work closely with the founder, engineering team, and customers to translate real-world safety problems into product features.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who enjoys structured thinking, solving real-world problems, and working at the intersection of technology and business.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution:
- Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements
- Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature specifications
- Break down product features into engineering-ready tasks
- Work closely with engineering teams to track sprint progress
Customer Insight & Product Discovery:
- Participate in customer calls and product demos
- Capture real-world product requirements from enterprise customers
- Convert customer insights into structured product improvements
Product Testing & Quality:
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
- Ensure product releases meet customer and product expectations
- Identify usability improvements and product bugs
Product Analytics:
- Monitor feature usage and product performance
- Identify trends in product adoption and customer behaviour
- Help prioritise product improvements based on data and impact
Documentation & Product Operations:
- Maintain product documentation
- Prepare release notes and internal product updates
- Support cross-team coordination between product, engineering, and customer success
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–3 years experience in Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, or Startup Operations
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear solutions
- Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, or data flows
- Interest in AI, enterprise SaaS, and real-world problem solving
